Policies

Delivery

• Delivery cost at a flat fee of $15.

• Delivery to Sentosa and delivery to Airport/Army Camps will be charged at $30.

 

Redirection of Delivery

• For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of $12 is applicable. We will contact you for the additional charges. 


Non Deliveries

The Bloom Collection will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions: 

1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those delivery hours, as informed by The Bloom Collection.

2. Incorrect or non existant address.

3. No such person at the given address.

4. Invalid contact number hence unable to contact the recipient.


Cancellation / Refund Of Order

• Cancellation must be made at least 2 days before the requested day of delivery.

• No refund will be issued after 2 days.

• Not applicable for peak periods such as Valentine's Day.


Substitution of flowers

• While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasions due to the seasonal nature of flowers, flower condition and delivery restrictions due to Covid-19. In such cases, we will call to inform you before delivering the order. This applies to only the main flowers, and not the filler flowers. For filler flowers, we will go ahead and substitute with varieties of the equal/greater value while ensuring that the look and feel of the bouquet/arrangement remains the same.

 

Refund Policy

• In the case of an unfulfilled order, we will offer a full refund. We will call to inform you before the amount is credited back to the originating account.
